Lot 4 - This tract is almost level tillable acreage, with just a gentle up slope running from front to back.
Lot 5 - This parcel is all wooded, and has overall gently rolling to moderate slopes, and several good building sites.
Lot 6 - Lot 6 has about a 50/50 combination of woodland and open land. The wooded area has more slope than the open area.

These tracts are situated approximately 2 miles east of Zion off Zion Back Road. Access is via a private street, and for Lot #4, by a private right-of-way off the private street. The subdivision plan has been approved, and the road work is nearly completed.

The soils on Lot #4 consist primarily of Andover channery loam, and Buchanan channery loam. Andover is average in terms of crop production, while Buchanan is slightly above average.

Parcels of this nature are very hard to come by, especially with the outstanding settings and views which these tracts offer. The access to State College, Bellefonte, Lock Haven, and I-80 is very convenient. Also, these parcels are away from public road traffic.
