This property offers a very nice, private setting. Access is from Haagen Road which initially is a township road, and then becomes a private road to this tract and one other parcel. There is a small stream which you cross on the private section of the road.

The northern and eastern boundaries join state land. The northern, eastern, and southern boundaries were surveyed as part of a boundary line agreement by the previous owner and the Commonwealth of PA. The western line was not surveyed, nor is there a description for it in the deed. The deed prior to the survey only lists the adjacent land owners. There is a right-of-way which crosses this property along the northern boundary for access to the other property which uses Haagen Road. This right-of-way actually is beneficial by giving drivable access along the entire northern boundary of this parcel.

This area is generally a very good area for seeing different species of wildlife.

The Bald Eagle State Park is a 5600 acre recreational area.
