Remarks:
These parcels are in a very nice, quiet, country location. They are all wooded, relatively level, and are accessed from a gravel township road. The travel time from State College is approximately 30 minutes. Excellent fishing in Penns Creek is about a mile and a half away. State Game Land is near by.
