IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Improvements:

Bank Barn:
The bank barn is a traditional two-story structure measuring 40' x 65'. It appears to be in very sound condition, with tight joints in the superstructure. There are three attachments to the barn. On the south side there is a relatively new one story addition, 36' x 74'. It has one horse stall at present, and the potential for several more to be easily added. There are also two feed racks which can be filled from the second floor of the bank barn. There is an older 1 story attachment on the east side with an old milk house underneath. This attachment is 15' x 36' and is in fair condition. On the north side is a 16' x 30' one story attachment with a cement floor. It is in good condition. It is well suited for use as additional vehicle storage or for implement storage.

Garage:
The garage is a one story, frame building measuring 22' x 30.5'. The main portion has a cement floor. The structure looks to be in very good condition.
