• Member of the prestigious Coldwell Banker 2005 International President's Circle, whose membership is limited to the top 9% of the more than 120,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System who meets sales goals.
• 31+ years in real estate, specializing in farms, farmettes and rural acreage

• Enjoys working with both buyers and sellers of rural properties

• Operates an 180 acre (80 acres tillable) crop farm raising alfalfa, corn and soybeans. He has won 20 prizes for quality hay production since 1994, and had the grand champion exhibit in the preservative treated class in the 1998 PA State Hay Show.
